The Blanc series has a lovely pure white enamel finish.
Enamel is a glassy coating applied to the surface of metal and baked at high temperatures.
By coating the spoons and forks with enamel, the smoothness to the palate and the original flavor of the food can be enjoyed as it is.
The product is also easy to clean and does not transfer food odors.
Each enameled ware is handmade by craftsmen.
Some items may have marks from being hung with wire during the baking process, iron filings from the wire, or a yellowish color.
The product is filed and shaved to finish it, and sometimes marks like streaks appear during the filing process.
Enamel products made by craftsmen are the warmth of human hands, and because they are carefully handmade one by one, no two are the same.
